About this part
This is a compatible replacement water filter for Samsung American-style fridge-freezers that take the DA29-00020B cartridge. It also replaces the earlier DA29-00020A, the HAF-CIN/EXP and the DA97-08006A and DA97-08006B reference codes. The filter pushes into the same internal housing as the original and twists to lock, so no plumbing changes are needed. It reduces chlorine taste and odour, sediment and other common particles from the drinking water and ice supply. The cartridge fits a wide range of Samsung RF, RS, RSG and RH series models. Replace the filter every 6 months, or sooner if the flow rate drops or the taste changes. Check your existing cartridge code and your fridge model number against the fits list before ordering. This is a compatible part and is not made by Samsung.
