1. Who we are
FilterFix ("we") is a trading name of Jon Blades, based in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. We sell compatible (non-genuine) replacement appliance parts to customers in the United Kingdom. Contact: help@filterfix.co.uk.
2. Compatibility and brand references
Our parts are compatible alternatives and are not manufactured, supplied or endorsed by the appliance brands named. Brand names, model numbers and OEM part numbers are used only to describe what our parts are compatible with. We take care to list correct compatibility, and we confirm fit against the model number you provide before you pay.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices include VAT and are shown in pounds sterling. We take payment securely through Stripe. The price you pay is calculated by us at checkout from our current price list.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 1 to 5 working days from UK and EU warehouses. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose and are charged at each delivery. You may cancel at any time, with no minimum term. Cancelling stops future deliveries and charges.
6. Returns, guarantee and your rights
See our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for installation carried out incorrectly. Always isolate appliances from power and water before fitting a part, and use a qualified engineer where required.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
