How do I make sure a part fits my appliance?

Enter your appliance model number in Find My Part. We match it to the exact compatible part and confirm the fit before you pay. If it does not fit the model you gave us, we cover the return and refund in full.

Where do I find my model number?

On the rating-plate sticker: inside a fridge near the salad drawers, around a washing machine or dishwasher door, or on the base of a vacuum. See our guide to finding your model number.

My model is not listed, what now?

Use the contact form to send us your model number. We will source the right compatible part and confirm the fit.

Compatible parts

Are compatible parts as good as genuine?

Compatible parts are made to the same fit and function as the manufacturer part and cost far less. For filters we list what they reduce. Using a compatible part does not by itself void your UK appliance warranty.

Are your water filters safe?

Yes. Our compatible water filters are designed to reduce chlorine taste and odour, sediment and particles, the same job as the genuine cartridge.

Delivery & returns

How fast is delivery?

We ship from UK and EU warehouses, so most orders arrive within 1 to 5 working days. Delivery is £2.20 for small parts and £3.50 for bulky parts, or free over £40.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days to return a part for a refund. If a part does not fit the model you told us, we cover the return cost too.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes, every compatible part is covered by a 12-month guarantee against failure.

How does a filter subscription work?

Pick a part and an interval (3, 6 or 12 months). We ship the right part automatically at 15% off with free delivery, charged each cycle. Cancel anytime.
